I just wanted to say thank you and let you know that our group thoroughly enjoyed our rafting trip on Saturday.  The weather was great, our guides were fantastic, the rafting was exciting - we had a blast!

We hope to be back rafting with you again in the future and will spread the word on Jasper Raft Tours.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your company yesterday for a great day.  Our group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and we were very pleased with the service we received from all the people involved in the company.  From the quick and efficient responses from you for any questions that I had, to the friendliness and humor of the bus driver and the river guide.  Everyone involved certainly made this a great day and a memorable one as well. 

Speaking on behalf of the church, we would not hesitate to do another trip with your company.  Though we may have only had nine people from our group, I know that I can say that we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves yesterday.

My son's name is Jamey and he is 8 yrs old.  We did our rafting trip on July 10, and that is all we have heard about since!! 

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how terrific our guide was.  I beleive his name is John. Hopefully you know who I am talking about. We all thought he was great. 
He really made sure everyone had a good time.  We are very thankful to him!!... I thank-you so much. 

Hopefully we will be back out to jasper soon to try out your rafting tour again.

Thanks for an amazing adventure for the gr.5 from Scott Robertson!  They had lots of laughs and giggles and of course the screaming!  A big thanks to our guide for the patients, fun and memories he gave our kids. (hope he did not mind being paid in cookies!) We had a very excited bunch the whole evening home!

I am hoping this will be an annual event so look for the emails coming your way.

I want to thank all your staff at Jasper Raft Tours for the incredible experience you enabled for my wheelchair bound brother. The great service started with the follow-up phone call to my house after I emailed you asking about accommodating a disabled person. The adventure center staff were great informing the bus pickup that we needed some assistance.

All of your staff were very helpful in making my brother feel like any other rafter and they were great at moving him into and out of the bus. Chris was worried that he would be embarrassed by the carrying but he ended up joking with the staff and was soon very comfortable with the idea of rafting.

I was really impressed when the staff loaded my brother Chris onto the raft and helped him get adjusted as well as setting up his own grab cord for balance. I talked to Chris after the ride and he was so excited that he had actually done something with me that he thought was impossible.

We had 6 people on the raft that day and it gave us lots of room to enjoy the ride and for me to take pics of Chris and the view from the water. Your guide ( forgot the name) was excellent and made Chris feel very comfortable while making us laugh and get splashed  by the waves.

His wheelchair was waiting for him when we landed and that small token really surprised him as he thought the service was already too good. I was also impressed by the professional and service focused crew you have assembled.

Even something small like we wanted to buy the CD but left our wallets in our car near the train station, your staff were going to give us the disk and we could pay later..when we got back..trust is huge in my books.

When I first thought about doing the raft trip with my brother I remembered how great the float trip was when I took my parents in 2005. They raved about the staff, the boat and the scenery.

In closing I want to commend your staff for the excellent customer service you provided throughout the rafting experience. I will certainly tell all my friends about the experience you provided for my disabled brother and recommend your rafting company for any people who are in the market for a great time on the river- regardless of your disability.

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent trip we had down the river on Monday.  All our students and chaperones had a great time and really enjoyed themselves.  They were also really impressed with their guide.  I was on the raft with Kyle and he was excellent.

I have recently visited Jasper on a tour with Jetsave and we did the rafting along the Athabasca River.  I wanted to say thanks, it was really enjoyable and our Guide (Tom) was really friendly.

I am looking to return back to Jasper for a longer period of time next year and wondered if you could tell me when the rafting starts again, as, I know that you have probably stopped now ready for your winter.
